Pizza Nutritional Information

Pizza can be a major part of a well-balanced meal. Ingredients in our pizzas include proteins, complex carbohydrates, Vitamin A, Vitamin C , dietary fiber and calcium. And, depending on the toppings you choose, our pizzas have items from all of the four major food groups - meat, dairy products, fruits and vegetables, and grains!

All of Pisanello's Pizza locations hand make each pizza to order. There will be differences between locations on exact nutritional values, so the following information is meant as an industry wide guideline, not just Pisanello's.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, someone on a 2,000 calorie diet should eat the following each day.

6 oz. Grains (about 6 slices of bread) and about half should be whole grain

2 1/2 cups Vegetables, varying the type during the week.

2 cups Fruit, but not sweetened fruit juice.

3 cups Milk or Dairy

5 1/2 oz. Meat & Beans, low-fat/lean meats and poultry are best.

Check with your doctor on where your calorie intake level should be.
